Coconut Milk
Coconut Milk is easy and delicious! If you like the ingredients in the name, you'll love the dish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 large native coconut
Instructions
- Remove coconut meat from shell. Wash and cut into small pieces.
- Put into a blender, add the water then blend until well smooth.
- Strain off coconut milk through a fine sieve strainer.
- Enjoy!
- Tips:
- Use less water to get a rich creamy coconut milk
- For storage pour into a container and freeze until ready to use.
- If You choose to freeze the coconut milk do not thaw the frozen coconut milk before using it. Put the frozen coconut milk into the pot
