Corned Beef

A recipe that will only take a few minutes out of your schedule. A favourite amongst Jamaicans is often served with boiled dumplings or rice.
Ingredients
1 tin of corned beef (also known as bully beef)
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp of water
1 sprig of thyme
1 tomato
1/2 a sweet pepper
1 Scotch Bonnet
1 onion
1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
Chop the onion, tomato, sweet pepper, hot pepper and crush the garlic
Combine the beef, garlic and black pepper in a bowl
Mix together well
Heat some oil in a frying pan
Add the onion, hot pepper, sweet pepper, tomato and thyme
Fry gently for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the beef mixture and the water to the pan
Fry gently for a further five minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve for breakfast with fried plantains, dumplings or your favorite boil ground provision
