Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 tbsps pumpkin seeds
2 tbsps flax seed
1/4 cup roasted oats
2 cups coconut water
Instructions
Blend seeds and oats in 1 cup of coconut water.
Add bananas and the remaining coconut water.
Blend until smooth. Serve chilled
